A question for the flist: how many of you use Tumblr? (And how many of you have a hard time typing it without the "e"?)  I'm considering starting a blog there to post photos from a new wifi-connected camera, but haven't really spent much time on the site and am looking to get the big picture about it quickly.  I would probably use it with a non-fandom-related identity so family and such could look at it.  Any photos that might be relevant to my fandom friends I'd just post here, I guess. 

So: what's your take on Tumblr?  Do you love it?  Hate it?  Follow only certain kinds of things on it?  Any advice would be welcome.  Thanks!

I'm on tumblr as well and use it strictly for fannish things (comics and Avengers movie stuff, mostly). There's plenty to hate about it, or maybe I'm just not using it the right way, because I keep wanting to treat it like a journalling platform and it really really is not suited for that that kind of threaded conversation. If you like graphics or fanart, though, it's a great place for pretty pictures.

And if you're concerned about spoilers, tumblr is a dangerous pit of spoilers without spoiler-cuts.
